Hans Joachim Palm was born in 1946 near Düsseldorf, Germany as the son of a textile manufacturer and has earned a degree in Accounting and international tax law.
He now lives in the U.S. as an American citizen and has begun writing crime novels.
His long-time, in-depth knowledge and experience stems from establishing his own international financial firms around the world, where he came into contact with members of the mafia.
His books are a reflection of his personal experience of working in international finance and his co-operation with the CIA.
